Cesar is amazing! He possesses a wealth of knowledge in the local market and knows a lot about homes and the homebuying process in general. He provided excellent insight on each house we looked at, pointing things that would need to be repaired, information about the surrounding area, and other things I would not have thought about as a first time homebuyer. He and his team are very easy to work with from a process perspective. All I had to do was let him know what I was looking for in a home and he sent me houses every day that fit that description. He always responded very quickly whenever we contacted him. I have a tough work schedule so he made time at odd hours to go view houses when it worked for me. Once we selected a home, he and his team made the process incredibly simple. He is an excellent negotiator and thought of things that I would definitely not have thought of to spice up our offers and make them attractive to the sellers. He was very communicative throughout the whole process, sending me texts and calling me to check in even when I had not contacted him first.
